Think of all the valuable data on your computer: Financial records, work and school reports, digital photos you'll never be able to take again... what if those files were deleted and you couldn't get them back?
Accidental file loss happens more often than you think. Here's the worst part: The Windows Recycle Bin doesn't capture all deleted files.
Have you ever accidentally saved over an important Microsoft Office file? We’ve all had occasion to open an important Word document or Excel spreadsheet intending to use it as a starting point for a new file and forgotten to rename it, sometimes wiping out many hours or days of work the instant we saved the "new" file.
Earlier versions of Microsoft Office files that are saved over, files that are too big for the recycle bin, and files deleted by certain applications are just some of the types of files that the recycle bin misses. If you run a home network your risk factor is increased greatly, because files deleted from a remote system bypass the recycle bin completely!
Fortunately, there is a solution: Undelete 2009 safeguards your computer with a vigilant, resource-transparent shield, protecting your data from accidental deletions, overwrites and other catastrophes.
New! Undelete 2009 incorporates the innovative InvisiTasking performance technology. InvisiTasking is a revolutionary method for a computer application (Undelete) to perform its operations with zero overhead on a computer, effectively allowing it to run invisibly in the "background". These now invisible background tasks include:
Enhanced Instant Recovery
The Undelete 2009 Recovery Bin catches all files no matter how they were deleted, allowing you to restore them instantly with just a few clicks of the mouse. The Recovery Bin mimics the directory structure of your disk and includes a powerful
search function, making it easy to find and recover files.
Undelete 2009 now automatically adjusts the size of the Recovery Bin to the available free space on a volume. If the size of a volume becomes critically low, Undelete automatically detects this low free space situation and reduces the Recovery Bin size. If more space is available, Undelete can protect additional files.
Version Recovery
Have you ever worked on an important document, presentation or spreadsheet, diligently saving your work as you go, only to discover that the changes you’ve made to the file are not workable, and you need to "rollback" to an earlier saved version? With
Undelete you can.
Undelete allows instant recovery of older ("saved over") versions of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. As you modify and save Microsoft Office documents, Undelete transparently captures versions of the file in the exact state they're in before they're modified and saved. This way, when a you need to go back to an earlier version of a file, Undelete provides that missing version.
Version Recovery is integrated with Windows Explorer—simply right-click a file to recover earlier versions. Undelete presents all the versions available and even allows you to open the files to preview them (to determine if that is the version that you need to recover).
New! Enhanced Recovery Bin
Emergency Undelete is a separate utility included with Undelete 2009 (note, it is not included with Undelete trialware.) used to recover files, and their respective folders, accidentally deleted before installing the Undelete. As installing software
(writing any new files) on a computer can overwrite the deleted files you want to recover, thereby making them unrecoverable, Emergency Undelete can be run directly from a CD-ROM/USB drive.
New! SecureDelete 2.0
Erases confidential files for good. When SecureDelete is enabled, files that are purged from the recovery bin are securely overwritten using a methodology developed for the National Security Agency and the
Department of Defense.
Search Disk
In addition to searching by file name/extension and location, this powerful tool allows users to locate deleted files by the date they were created or deleted and even track down the owner or users who
deleted the file.
Undelete 2009 with InvisiTasking to the Rescue
Undelete replaces the Windows recycle bin with a catch-all Recovery Bin™ that intercepts all deleted files, no matter how they were deleted. Lost file? No problem! Use the Recovery Bin’s Windows Explorer-like interface to navigate to the file, or take advantage
of Undelete’s powerful search capabilities. Right-click the file, select Recover, and the file is back. The Microsoft Office Version Protection functionality can even restore your earlier, saved over versions of Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) files.
Undelete includes Emergency Undelete, which can recover files deleted before Undelete was installed, provided they haven't been overwritten on your hard drive, and SecureDelete 2.0, an electronic shredder to completely erase confidential files.
Innovative Set It and Forget It™ features and technology (InvisiTasking) guarantee that new Undelete 2009 will safeguard your computer silently and automatically.
Accidental deletions happen... If you wait until that critical file is gone it may be to late... Get Undelete 2009 now and start protecting your data today!

"Quite recently a large number of transcripts, sermons and over 3,000 "one-of-a-kind" photographs were errantly deleted. Because we had Undelete, retrieving the "lost" files was just a matter of a few clicks of the mouse and voila ...everything was restored back to its original location perfectly intact! Undelete saved me from what would have been a very embarrassing and rather expensive disaster. Anyone and everyone with a computer should buy Undelete."
